Default Water leak from auto seat belt track 91 Accord

Hi,

Hopped in my beloved 91 Accord EX 2d to find water dripping on my knee after I started to drive. It appears to be coming from the track that the auto shoulder belt rides in. Once home I inspected the rubber seal that runs driver and passenger sides the length on top of the roof just above the door frame and it appears to be somewhat brittle. Question is how hard is it to replace this rubber? I have never replaced body seal rubber before and do not want to get in over my head or install it incorrectly.

Would someone with more experience than me please be kind enough to shair any tips or tricks?

Thank you in advance.

Powell
