Default Is this weatherstrip?

Please see photo below. Is this rubber seal considered weatherstripping? I would like to replace it since it came off and is torn. I checked a few parts sites and all I can find are complete weatherstrip kits. Can I buy just this piece?

Thanks
Ray

put some super glue in the channel
push molding back on

That is what I did and it worked perfect.

I think Honda calls it molding- look up 72450-SV4-013. But I would have to agree that a little adhesive would work.
