what engine is better to boost with F22 or H22

what engine is better to boost with F22 or H22
i Have a 94 honda accord v tec and im planning on doin a swap and boosting it i was wondering which motor would be the best and also how do you tell which motor you alreaddy have my motor came with the car but its a 2.2 so ya i just dont kno which motor it is

Count the camshafts...
F22 = SOHC
H22 = DOHC
There's a flat machined surface on the engine block, about mid-elevation, right alongside the split-line with the transmission. Top line stamped there is the engine type (F22A-whatever). Second line is the engine serial number where the first digit indicates the year in a screwy manner (1 = whatever year that engine type was first available).
