HiYa, all....Where is the trunk light activation switch located? I can't get the light to activate when I open the trunk.(bulb is good) so I figured the switch needs a looking at. Also my "trunk ajar light" on the dash glows dimly then glows steadily while driving telling me that the trunk is open (but it's firmly shut and not loose in any way. So I figured that the trunk light activation switch had something to do with it? But I can't find it! Thanks for any help on this. [&:]

 

It's on the latch.

 

there is no switch that you can flip on and off ,( activate ) like CHIO says it is part of the trunk latch assembly ,,

 

try oiling your latch and if that does not work, readjust it.......
