Where is the oil screen on a 1991 Accord LX

In the pan.
I'm guessing the oil level is fine on the stick, still. Is there oil in/on the valve train. Starts and runs, no oil flowing,,,,was before. Not good with the 4th gen's, are you sure the belt is on with proper tension.

I have another thread concerning the issue itself. Here's the story - I just replaced the cylinder head and timing belt. It starts and runs, but the oil pressure light is on. I have 5 quarts of oil in there. I only idled it for a couple minutes... didn't want to seize up the head for lack of oil pressure.
I was going to check the oil pressure sensor, so I took off the oil filter, but there was no oil inside, which led me to believe it could be the oil screen. (hopefully not the oil pump)
Thanks for the answer. Which belt are you talking about? As far as I know, both timing belts and both outside belts are on correctly.
