Hi guys, I'm looking to start modding my 06 accord 2.4 At. I wanna start on basic performance but I'm still on a 7 year warranty and my car only has like 18k miles on it. Can you list a few beggining steps i could take to increase my performance? I was thinking of a K&N Typhoon CAI but i dont know if thats the right foot to set out on. I still have a long way to go before i get a turbo or supercharger or anything like that. Any suggestions?

 

If you bought (or likely your parents bought) the extended warranty, why would you want to start making modifications that would void it. I would wait for it to expire before doing anything significant. I'd start with a rear sway bar from the TL-S with some new wheels and tires for improved handling and some better brake pads and brake fluid. Other than that I suggest either canceling the warranty or waiting it out.

And FYI, there is no supercharger for the 2.4 and a turbo isn't available either unless you spend well over $5k on a custom build.
