Whining noise driving me crazy still!
I thought a bad oring was the source of the noise, so I changed the ORING to the official orange honda one, and it still gives me that whining noise. It doesn't matter if the engine is hot or cold, same noise coming from the car.

If you want to hear it load and clear
PS fluid level OK, after revving some bubbles formed

I presume we're talking about Power Steering? We're not mind readers here, but the sound definitely sounds like PS noise.
You didn't install the oring correctly or damaged the oring during installation. It's not hard to do. I had to install several orings from my oring kit before getting one that would work on my Acura MDX 3.5L V6.
Oring must fit around the PS inlet fitting (not in the groove at the base of fitting), just snug and not loose. During installation into the pump, the fittting w/ oring should insert w/ a little effort. If high effort req'd oring OD is too big,...try again.
I also tried an Acura OEM Oring, but it leaked also. I would up w/ a yellow oring from my AC kit fitting "just right" and noise disappeared. Careful to retop your PS fluid as you loose a little during each oring trial.
Your noise sounded like mine when steering was turned, but less so when idling. However noises over video clips are notoriously misleading.
good luck

In the video I was revving the engine, not steering. Also, I tested the steering and it makes it little louder but a different, but similar sound.

What did the fit feel like during installation of the fitting? If it inserted easily, leaking is likely. Your's sounds like a large leak, but again video sound is misleading.
Good suggestion to inspect the PS suction hose carefully.
If there is foam in the PS fluid, then air is being pulled in the suction side somewhere.
good luck

When I took out the hose, I didn't see the old black oring on it. Then I looked inside the hole where it connects and it was there.
I put the new oring on the hose and it fits in snug.
I compared the new and old oring, and to be honest I don't see a bit of difference. The black one is still bouncy and clean.
How come it makes noise when I step on the gas? Revving the engine shouldn't affect the power steering since I'm not even touching the steering wheel, but I am not totally sure.
Could it be some part the the engine drives, such as belts/pulleys etc?
Tomorrow I will drive on the highway and see if over time it will go away... else I will further inspect the hoses that connect to the reservoir (do they have an oring too?)

The hoses that connect to the bottle don't have an o'ring. I would re-check the o'ring, and the fitting/hose on the inlet for cracks. It definitely sounds like a power steering issue. You can actually take the drive belt off, and run the engine for a short time, just to see if the noise goes away with the belt off.
Foamy PS fluid is the true indicator of noise source. If PS fluid is nice and clear, then another source. Removing accessory belt should also confirm, but don't go far if it's a serpentine belt.
PS noise increases w/ engine speed since it's directly driven by belt drive.
good luck
