So i have a 2004 ex accord and whenever i accelerate even just slightly past 20 the left side on the top feels bumpy and the higher i accelerate like abound 40-60 then it gets even more bumpier as if i was driving on the speed bump things that separate lanes. I recently also rotated by back tires to the front and this didn't help at all. now the front tires are about at 80% and the back are about at 60%. Thanks for the help.

 

What do you mean when you say left side "on the top"? I was gonna suggest a bad axle (actually the inboard CV joint).
