how come i keep recieving email whenever someone posts something in the suspension part of this site
its been happening for a week already, and i dont know how to stop it

Prolly because when you replied to someone you checked the "Notify me via e-mail when someone replies" checkbox. Or you can go into your profile>subscrtions and then uncheck the ones you dont want to receive any longer!
