Default Windshield Mister Help

I have a 2003 Accord and the drivers side windshield mister is plugged up. Pulled the hose from mister and I get fluid, so my question is how do I change out the mister nozzle?
If any one has detailed instructions on how to replace this, it would be of great help.

My Accord is a 2003, these are not mounted in the hood, they are mounted in the small cowl area between the hood and the windshield.

Default windshield washer nozzle replacement - 2004 accord

I have the same issue. All I want to to do is replace the nozzle. How do I remove the old nozzle from the cowling? Contrary to popular belief... the nozzle is not mounted to the hood..but in the cowling below the parked wipers. Thanks in advance for any responses.
