Wipers won't turn off, on my girlfirends 98 CIVIC ex coupe. I don't trust those folks in the civic forum. so the issue is, they won't turn off, and they will not go into the intermitent stage. They will only be in "on" or "fast" modes. Again, they will not turn off. Which is fine in a rains storm. . . .
Any suggesstions?
