I was putting a remote start in a 2008 Honda Accord and during the process of testing wires I think I blew the relay or wiper motor. The wipers will not turn off unless I take the key out of the ignition when they are at rest. Do you think it might be a relay, and if so where is the wiper relay?

What I have found
1. The wipers will not turn off unless key removed in down position
2. When in off position the wipers move in fast mode
3. Intermitant wipers do not work, they work in slow mode

I have disconnected everything from the remote start so I know it is not a residual problem from a wire I hooked up. Thoughts???
