Wireless charger pad?

Default Wireless charger pad?
I just bought a used 2018 Accord Touring 2.0T and my phone sloshes around in the wireless charging compartment. Is there supposed to be a rubb pad there?

Sadly another fail by good old Honda to try to keep up with technology late. Lol
