1992 Accord EX exhaust help
Ok here we go......I have a 1992 Accord Ex that I need to replace the header flex pipe on. I searched around and the EX model should have 2 ports in this pipe but this is not the case on my car. I have only one pipe. I have had this car since new and am confused. It appears that my car uses the lx or dx model pipe. Why would this be?

Where are you located? Certain years Honda plays some games with trim levels in Canada or other countries.
USA EX = Canada EX-R
USA LX = Canada EX
... or something like that. Even that changes from year to year, so I'm not sure of the details.

Should be the single exhaust pipe if that's what your header has. Could be you also have the f22a1 engine and not the f22a4. But I think even the f22a4 had a single pipe running from the header. Not sure. I had a f22a1 accord. I hope to see a 91 honda Accord wagon with the f22a4 tomorrow.
