2 QUESTIONS
1ST.... COLD AIR INTAKE OR V2 INTAKE
2ND.... I'M SORTA LEANING TOWRDS THE V2 BUT THE CLOSEST YEAR THEY MAKE TO MY 2006 ACCORD IS THE 2003-2005 INTAKE... COULD I STILL PUT THAT ON MY CAR?

I'd contact AEM like stevephy suggested.
But I would recommend the V2 if you have the money. Sounds awesome and brings the best of both worlds as far as CAI and short ram.

id recommend the v2. you'll love it, i can almost guarantee it. As for using the 2003-2005 version on ur car, i have no clue...
