Magna Flow makes a custom dual exhaust for your car. All stainless, sounds good but not obnoxious. Custom fit; runs about $750.00

Much better off getting the XLR8 v2 J-pipe than an exhaust unless all you want is noise. The v2 J-pipe does eliminate the 3rd cat (but won't set off a CEL) so it will add some volume to the exhaust but it definitely won't be loud. Very real gains in power, you'll definitely feel it. And at $450, its cheaper than most cat-backs too.

Then, if the car is still too quiet, remove the mid-muffler and replace the factory resonator with a Dynomax or Magnaflow resonator. No rasp, no drone but a nice growl when you get on it.
