Use the search function.
Intake: if you do not live in California, buy a cheap ebay intake, throw away the filter, and put a, AEM Dryflow, K&N, or Apexi filter on the end of the ebay intake tube.
Header: If you do not live in California, Megan Racing or OBX (type in OBX in the search engine).

They are all good parts. If you want to save money, do like 00Accord said and get a cheap intake and replace the filter. Also swap the DC Sports header with OBX. The differences between these replacements and the expensive parts is almost nothing besides tuned sounds.

Don't underestimate the potential of the cat-back system. The biggest restriction in your exhaust is the mid-pipe. Don't go larger than 2.25" piping though.

I love my WS2's .... much quieter than the Injen CAI and they have a great tone.

Sounds like a plan!

I just took off my OBX header and will probably be putting it on eBay soon. Though I have had a few problems with it.
