The only way you're going to get ANY power out of that car, is to do an H swap and do a NA build, or go FI.

IMO bolt on mods for our cars are purely cosmetic and pointless.

I know you like muscles cars, but anything by flowmaster does not belong on a Honda. It's an Accord, not a Mustang.

If it were me, I'd take care of suspension first (front and rear sways, strutbar, coilovers, bushings, etc)

But thats my motto, suspension first, bull**** second.

An F series engine can take nitrous pretty well. Iron sleves are better than FRM for normal rpm applications. The only benefit of FRM's is higher redlines allowed for piston speed. If your head can't take the high redline, guess what, the FRM sleeves are pointless.

For the money, I say either nitrous or an H-series head swap, but no shortblock change.

The H23 head swap isn't worth it in my opinion. Unique, yes. Time consuming, VERY. Too much BS for very small gains. A buddy of mine on 6thgenaccord.com did the H23 head swap on his F23 (G23) and he's only making about 155 whp. With is about 20 more to the ground over stock, but he could have swapped in a whole H22 for the same money and got a bit more power.

If I were the OP, I would buy an H22 or even another F23, and take my time building a nice reliable NA setup.

Yeah, he was one of the first, or he might have even been the first. But they ran into a lot of problems. A lot of people think that you can just swap the heads, but his car was under the knife for about 9 months.
