anyone have a picture of a AEM or any short ram intake in an 98-02 Accord V6.....i'm think bout getting one but i want to see how it looks first....can't find it anywhere. Also, any advice?

yeah thats in my 01 accord v6. as to hp gain not much. probably just a couple of hp gain. but you will feel/hear the vtec kick in which sounds pretty nice. and the gas millege is ok i just had 2-3 mpg added onto my city driving.

 

if you dont mind me asking.....where did you get it and how much?

Yeah, maybe a +1 horse. But you will def. notice a smoother power band. Not to mention, like above, a sweet sound. Check out eBay too, thats where I got mine from for less.

 

one more question before i buy a AEM Short Ram Intake..... i hav a 98 Accord V6 with 105,000 miles, will the short ram intake HARM my car? will it shorten the life of my car or will it extend the life?
