Default Air Resonator

Is there a trick to remove the air resonator? I have the entire unit unbolted, but it just wont seem to come loose out of the snug fit.

if its like my '04 with the i4, unbolt or unsnapp half of the front bumper, but only on the bottom. i think i also undid the top a little near the headlight. i wouldattempt to get it outand fail,so then i would loosen another fastener and repeat.

btw i got mine out throught the bottom in one piece, and saved itin fear of reselling the carand getting jipped for a missing piece of crap... lol.

It's probably easier to just pull the whole bumper off ...... it's just a few clips.

Thanks Falkore.

I'll have to do that if I want to return it to stock. Only I will need to buy a new resonator.....I couldn't get it off, but my Sawzall sure did.
