I want to put an exhaust on my car. I DO NOT want Rice sound at all. I'm looking for more of a quiet exhaust that will help with MPG and a little power. Also leaning towards Dual Exhaust if possible, like the look of duals better.

My last car was a V6 300 and people were able to put V8 exhaust on the V6 models. Can you put a V6 accord exhaust on a 4-Cyl and not have issues?

I'd wager dollars to donuts that changing out the exhaust to say the dual exhaust setup of the V6 would do absolutely nothing for either the power or the fuel economy of your engine.
