Default Breating Easier for an F22B1?

My car is a '95 Accord EX Sedan, It's automatic. I would like to know how to make my Accord breath a little easier and add some power to it, without breaking the bank on a Turbo. My friends say a good Cold Air Intake would be the way to go, but I'm not really technically inclined, so I'm not sure what brands would be best or even what else I could do to give it just a little more power.

Sorry, I just don't know what I'm doing but I love my car either way

Cold air intake, (aem dryflow, or a KN filter), header (DC), and exhaust... that's pretty much it... then u may wanna get some thicker wires and a suspension so u get better traction...
