Exempt will pass but pending? Talk to Calif. officials to get a definitive answer.

yeah, you are pretty much have to wait until they have an actual CARB exemption. The company states that it is 50 state legal since they do not expect any problems or are just waiting on the state to finish up their end of the deal.....either way, wait until they are really CARB exempt.

yeah i'd wait...when u go to smog they will want the carb exempt sticker...the aem sri i just got has it stamped on the actual intake tube. unless it comes with it stamped or a sticker i'd be wary.
