do you want aCAI to be CARB exempt or should it not be CARB exempt?

i believe you only want CARB exempt if you live in california. they have stricter emission standards.

Also a lot of major metropolitan areas have some emissions regulations and more and more area's are starting to post regulations as well. So unless you are really concerned with the costs...CARB exempt is the way to go

DANGIT!i just found out that the K&N CAI i want is not CARB exempt. i want a second opinion. errr![sm=headbang.gif]

well dude, just check to see your area even requires that. if not, dont waste your time or money. worry about that if you ever move into an area like that. they arent any better for the environment than non CARB approved. but the sticker just proves that it isnt any worse.
