I have a couple questions regarding cat-back systems which I would like to purchase for my 95 AccordLX 5MT.

1. are there any major issues with the cat-back exhaust purchased on ebay?

2. can anyone show me what exhaust sounds like with and without silencer (videos)?

3. any problems with engine/torque after the decreasein exhaust back pressuresecondary tolarger exhaust piping?I am thinking of going with 2.25" diameter piping.

First, welcome to HAF!

By your first question, I am assuming you are talking about the $160 no name catbacks on eBay. I personally dont have any experience w/ them but I know people have bought them and are fine. As for long term, I do not know the quality.

2. Check out youtube for the type of exhaust

3. 2.25 is the max you want on an I4 Accord and thats what most cat backs are. If you have a straight through design muffler you will lose a little torque.

note my camera is not the best, in the videos you cant really tell all that much of a difference, but in person i noticed a huge difference.

this is with my skunk2 megapower cat back, and i dont have a interior so its louder in my car than it would be in say a car with a interior
