Default Cold air intake with a MAF sensor

So, I'm looking into putting a cold air intake on my 2004 honda accord. The only thing is it has a MAF sensor, and all the CAI's I see say "non-MAF". I'm not very educated on cold air intakes, so is there one out there for an engine with MAF sensor? or does it just not happen? Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks in advance!

Do you have the SULEV engine? I don't see the MAF on the regular 4 cyl until '05.

Yes, I believe so. I know that the car has a MAF sensor. So it must be a SULEV engine.
