Default Ebay intakes......

I am curious if anyone has experience with the intakes on Ebay. The generic CAIs and the SRI are way inexpensive compared to AEM and such, but I am curious as to whether they are any good (besides having to change the filter)? I haven't really modified my 91 Accord, but am looking for some inexpensive ways to improve performance and gas mileage and am not sure if I need any expensive intakes. I was about to pay $130 for an AEM SRI with free shipping, but you can buy even a CAI for like $40 on ebay. Any wisdom? And also, which is tougher to install, the CAI or SRI since I am not so experienced and that also may help with the decision between the two. Some of them (whether name brand or not)designed for the same model car look like the pipingbends differently. Anyway, thanks.

Read my FAQ. https://www.hondaaccordforum.com/m_22712/tm.htm

The general notion is to go eBay then switch the filter with a quality brand, such as AEM or K&N.
