Default those cheap ebay intakes

i was lookin around on ebay and stumbled upon those cheap 10-30 dollar cold air intakes. anybody have any experience with these and if they would achieveany horsepower or fuel mileage gains? if not, would it be worth it to get one just for aesthetic purposes?

and can the same be said for the $50 headers?

Search. We recommend eBay intakes all the time. Just slap on a new filter, as the eBay ones are crap. $50 header? I wouldn't. Cheapest I'd go would be Megan, OBX or JRC.
