Default Exhaust Tips

Hey every one I'm trying to get information on exhaust's for my 01 Honda Accord V6. i am currently looking into getting a dual cat-back Magnaflow 15640, however I am not sure on how the installation goes and if it will still pass smog. I would appreciate to hear your opinions and experiences.

Passing smog depends on where you live and you didn't say...

Cat-back should not affect emmissions, but California has strange rules so you need CARB certification. Other states have different rules.

Thank you for clarifying that out for me the ad does say it is carb certified! and it says no welding needed. I believe i just lift my car up and swap the exhaust, however i heard something about letting it run and then retightening it? is this true?
