Hey guys, great forum you got here. LOTS AND LOTS of help and it's active.

For my first car i received a 2003 Honda Accord 4dr I-VTEC 4 cyl. automatic It is one of the sexiest, spacious car that rolls among my friends. I recently got into tuning, Just looking and reading lots of materials on how the car works and what can you do to improve it. Unfortunately it is hard to find help and tips for my car.

I know that my car produces 160 hp, but how can I improve that so that I can be a challenge to my fellow friends. Instead of being the last person to take off, how can I become one that will take off with the group, if not lead. I read somewhere that this type of HONDA is not very much respected in the tuning world since it's a 4 cyl. and not much power. I want to get into engine modding and improve that engine with out having to get a new car or a 6 cyl. engine.

What do you guys recommend doing to the car that can boost my horsepower?

The only mods I have is SPECTRE Cold Air intake.
Will it help replacing intake/exhaust manifolds? and which ones will fit?

I'm trying not to sound n00bish, and I have a feeling like this was already posted before me.

Intake and exhaust will get you a few ponies......the first thing you should do is figure out the end.....meaning knowing where you want to end up and what you want to spend.
