Engine shut down after installing new air filter
Hi, I just bought an aftermarket air filter called SPECTRE for my 98' honda accord EX 4 cylinder. After installation, (the car is on park) I rev'd it for testing and after a couple of minutes the engine shut down but it starts back up. I think that was something unusual. Any comments on why that happened?

Too much tension on the primary flux pipe?
Secondary resonance in the down tube?
Why did you rev it for a few minutes?
Perhaps the car just got sick of being reved in park which is never good for any motor?
