1998-2002 accord STOCK intake... V6 and 4-cyl the same?

Do the sixth gen accord v6's and 4cyl's have the same intake system? In other words, are they interchangable? Could you put a 4-cyl intake into a v6 and vice-versa?

NOT the same. The engines are in the opposite ends of the engine-bay, battery is swapped to the other side, etc.etc.
