How do you remove the exhaust manifold?
if youre going with a ceramic manifold, you reeeally dont need it, but in general its not needed, but it does help reduce heat, but the stock manifold has mount points on it for the heat shield so you will lose it when you upgrade

Just have one more question! Has anyone had problems with the "check engine" light going on after instaling headers and an exhaust? Also, do I need to reset the ecu? And if so do i need to simply unhook the battery for awhile or remove a fuse? Thanks guys! You rock[8D]
As far as the resetting of the ECU, it is a good idea to do it if you make any modification to your car and you can do it either way you mentioned. I find it easier to disconnect the battery and then let it idle for 10minutes and relearn, but either way works. I can't say from experience that if you installed a cat back AND a header the light wont come on, but with just my exhaust the light has not bothered me. I have a feeling it won't though (for what thats worth) because the actual cat will still be doing it's job regardless of how the gases get there and so the O2 sensor should still be happy.

They are stainless steel headers by the way.
