How to make a car louder

hello everyone,
I'm not sure if i should post this here but i have an accord and i was wondering what i can do to it to make the engine sound louder.

Take off the muffler and run straight thur exhaust ..that should last untill the 1st Policeman hears you tho...

electric dump tube will do the trick. Kick it on and off w/e you like...it will have the open header sound..well b/c it will be open header. But honestly dumb idea...make you sound like complete poser. Loud doesn’t make you fast...quality parts make you fast. That and you will get sick of the loud sound quick..gets very annoying after a while. I can't stand fart cans anymore cus they annoy me.

You want to make the engine sound louder or exhaust sound louder ? my 99 accord has header, test pipe, catback without resonator and it sounds pretty good when i floor it. Performance wise seem to improve a little.
