Default noise from cold air intake

i love the feel of my new cold air intake, but its making this humming noise from the filter. i know the hissing noise is normal, but this humming is very annoying. im guessing its cause its from my cheap ebay kit, so ya'll think it'll go away when i switch to a k&n filter?

AEM vs. K&N filter is a wash .... go with the one that's cheaper.

If you are asking about an AEM intake vs. a K&N drop in filter, the intake is better.
