Default The right cat for me?

I know that this has been covered in a different way but what I am looking for it a Cat that will still be quiet but also help fuel economy if possible. I have to replace my stock cat on my '98 accord EX and don't need anything loud. I was considering the Magnaflow direct fit but the price of the ebay pipes seem appealing. Are the ebay pipes that loud and would it just be easier to go with the magnaflow? Is magnaflow a good choice for the money?

Careful with the eBay pipes. Some of them might be open test pipes. "EBay pipes" doesn't really mean anything; it can be any person just selling anything at all.

That is what it seems to be. I actually have a shop that will replace it for $200 so I will probably go that route. He did suggest I make sure the engine is running good as that will break the ceramic. It seems to run fine but now that I have a bad cat I am not as sure. You can't even feel it idle it is so smooth.

Don't go with eBay pipes. They rust quickly and the gaskets aren't that good. They also don't sound too well.

Has any put a Blackworks racing test on a 98-01 accord. If so is it a good pipe? Is it noisy?
