Vtec vs Non Vtec manifolds

Vtec vs Non Vtec manifolds
I need a new header and see that there are some for all f22b's and some for vtec or non vtec. Is there a difference in the exhaust part of the head or is this all unnecessary?

Your f22b1 has vtec, the other head (f22b2) is non vtec.

Im aware of the vtec differences which is really just seen with the intake valves. I was wondering about the exhaust ports, if there was any subtle differences. But I did find that second thread the day I asked this question and found a great answer.
