What to do next? Need advice!!!

Well, Ive got my CAI, header, and exhaust (Megan OE-RS), what is there to do next to quicken up my ride?

Not really much unless you want forced induction while will make you remove all of those parts.

I suppose you get get a different cam and lose weight on the car.
