Hey i just bought a 1991 honda accord 4dr lx and i am looking to lower it, possibly add a new bumper,rims,interior,etc. Where should i shop for deals?

Might look for slightly used lowering springs/struts. Then there are the websites like e-bay and that where you can look for quality brands. Same with the rims.

For the rest, a few trips thru local bone yards might score you some good items.
