Hey guys I have a 2001 honda accord with the driverside power seat slide not working. The problem is it's stuck all the way forward and I no longer fit in the car. All the other controls work it's only the slide. When I press the button I can feel the motor kick but nothing happens. I can get a motor but for now is there a way I can move the seat back manually?

 

I checked the shop manual for help but nothing for your problem.

Have you tried "helping" the motor by pushing backwards while engaging motor?

Final suggestion is to remove seat and examine movement. Perhaps a generous dose of penetrant will free the drive arrangement (llikely a rack and pinion drive but not described in manual).
