Angry 2002 Honda Accord 4 cylinder automatic

My 2002 Honda accord will not start was running minute's befor not starting only thing it done was act a little sluggish when pulling out on my way home the air stopped blowing got home and i cut it off the car would not start back we have changed the spark plugs i have also been driving it WITHOUT a gas cap but we figured out it was not getting fuel we changed fuel pump twice and it still does not start we pulled the gas line from motor and no gas is getting to the motor my friend took a leaf blower to the gas tank and it pushed gas to the motor so we are guessing its not getting enough pressure to push the gas to the motor what could cause this PLEASE HELP any advice would be greatly appreciated im a single parent and this is the only vehicle i have thank you so much in advance

A couple of comments:
  • Please use punctuation and sentences; that will make your post much easier to read and you will be more likely to receive a helpful reply.
  • As for throwing parts at your car, it will probably cost you much less to simply take it to a qualified mechanic and have them diagnose and fix the real problem (virtually impossible to do over the internet).
Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

If you have a VOM (Volt Ohm Meter), or a friend with one, check and see if you have 12 volts going to the fuel pump. There's a cover under the carpet right behind the rear seat. Under the cover is the plug you need to check for power. If you have no power there with the key in the II position, you'll need to see if the fuse for the pump is blown (in the left kick panel is a fuse box for it), or if the Main Relay took a crap. I only mention those, as they are the common spots for no fuel pump action.
I hope this helps.
