My 2005 honda accord lx won't shift past Neutral, it shifts into all other gears perfectly fine but will not shift to Reverse or Park and my keys are stuck in the ignition

 

I have same issue with a 04’ . Worked fine went to work. Wouldn’t go into reverse or park. Had to leave in neutral with parking break. With switch on and keys in it. Previous issue with having to push on shifter to get into park but no other issues. I’ve been reading on ihere is it the cable? And what do I do if it is?
