Default My first Honda ever 2005 LX

Monday I pick up my first Honda ever, 2005 LX model. I test drove it yesterday and was very impressed with the power and build quality. I have been car hunting for about 2 months or so and was always leaning towards a Nissan Altima or Maxima until just this week, for some reason I started to look at Honda's and after reading all kinds of reviews I could not find many bad reviews so I decided to take the plunge, I hope my decision was the right one !!!!!!

Congrats & welcome!
4-cylinder engine? Manual or auto tranny?
Wait till you've had it awhile, then you can be impressed with the gas milage too.

It's a 4 cylinder, auto, does this baby ever fly. I previously had a 2000 Altima and I thought that was quality compared to the Chevy Lumina I had but this is beyond what I ever expected.

Question: This car has P205/65R15 tires on it, I have winter tires from the Altima and they are P205/60R15 would they fit ?

Got to go wax her up !!!

Those tires will fit, but the rims probably won't.
Just a little bit smaller on outside tread diameter, so your speedometer will read a bit high. Also, you'll probably see they don't fill the wheel arches quite as much.

Are the winter tires worn down a ways & mounted on Nissan rims? Sell em to some Nissan guy.

If they're near-new, I'd get Honda rims (steelies?) for those tires, and when they wear out THEN get 205/65.

Default 2006 honda

I am searching for a honda accord for my son, 1st year college student. I saw this 2006 honda accord with savage title, asking for 9K but the seller does not have a carfax report. I wonder if anyone can run a report for me, the vin # is :1HGCM56196A025921 and email to ygbenice@yahoo.com I'm really appreciated if you could since you are saving me $19.99 Carfax ask me to pay but I am not sure to buy this car just yet. And please let me know about your opinion about the car since I know nothing about car. Thanks so much

Sounds like an awful lot of money for a car with a salvage title.
