Picked up a new Accord EX with V6 and navi last night. Got a helluva a deal and am very pleased with the car (first 100 miles anyway). Selling my Acura 2001 CL Type S soon which was a great car ... except for the transmission problems associated with the car. Can't wait to learn more about the Accord.

 

i work for honda..be sure to take it in and check the vin # because they had transmission recalls but that coulda been the 04 models...GOOD LUCK great cars!

 

I think the tranny recalls affected earlier models ... not the 2004 or later. There is a recall out for airbags tho. I do love the car though.

 

the recall on the airbags is just for the 4cyl accords....

Did you get the honda with a wood dash board or the Carbon Fiber Dash?

I worked on one with a carbon fiber dash last week-nd and it sure did look tight.
