2009 Accord EX-L clock not set
Just realized yesterday, the clock on my 2009 Accord EX-L clock didn't reset to Daylight Savings Time. I printed the reset instructions from the pdf file on my account at Honda, and followed the procedure and still it will not reset. I know I could just wait for spring when it springs forward. My state they want to stop Daylight savings time but, changing even the DST to off didn't turn off. Navi still works fine, though the disk is old, the last update was 2-3 updates ago, btw had wrong information.

About six weeks ago my '08 Accord's clock began displaying the time as one hour ahead of the correct time. Any attempt to either adjust the time or change the time zone results in no changes. I've run the diagnostic on the system and no errors are flagged. My GPS unit sees several satellites. It's as if the unit is set to the wrong region of the U.S. and can't be changed.

09 Accord EXL. W/ nav. My time is stuck on eastern time when u live in the central zone. Annoying. Is there a way to change time zones?? The GPS isn’t very smart if it’s locating me in the eastern zone. I wonder if I need to purchase the newest disk update?? anyone know?
It is due to a software bug. No fix yet. See this other thread:
