anti-theft power?

Default anti-theft power?
The Nav screen says: "Anti-Theft No Power, push Power button for more than 2 seconds to restore". Audio, etc do not work, but backup camera OK.
I've tried all variations of the Power button recommendation to no avail. Any suggestions appreciated .
