Bluetooth suddenly turned off and will no longer acknowledge my phone. Also. when I push the rear defroster button, my factory radio goes to all static. I called Matthews Honda in Marion, Ohio and said I wanted the software update/fix, pertaining to SB 13-001, installed on my car. Kyle asked if "they" ( Honda Service Customer Relations) told me to ask that my car be fixed via 13-001. I said Yes and he said, I'll need to check and I'll call you back. That was a month ago and I have not heard from Kyle @ Matthews Honda. What is my next recourse?
