Default 2013 staring wheel shimmers

hey guys, i have a 2013 Honda accord LX and all of a sudden the staring wheel shimmers when i drive anything about 50mph (sometimes even 40mph). I changed the left lower control arm which helped a little but it still shimmers. it was already speed balanced but do i need to do it again? any idea on what it might be? please help

Welcome to the forum, Kernadri16

What is the condition of the car's tires and have they been rotated?

hey thanks for responding. 3 of the 4 are in good condition and they were not rotated.

From your statement, it sounds as if at least one tire is questionable. Should you elect to purchase new tires, always put the best (new) tires on the front and always replace tires in pairs. For AWD vehicles, it is better for the car's drive system to replace all 4 tires at the same time.

If tire replacement is not in one's budget, at the very least, rotate the tires per instructions in owner's manual

Forgive for being pedantic but when you drive a car the tyres/wheels rotate anyway. Don't you mean swap the wheels front to rear . If it doesn't get better then get your wheels and tyres balanced but get the garage to spin the wheels one at a time to look for a bad out if shape tyre.

Haha... I guess I didn't realize "rotate the tires" is an American expression. Yes, it means swap them around on the car.

Rear TYres move diagonally to the front opposite sides (unless they have directional tread). Front tyres move straight to the rear on the same side.
