2017 Accord Hybrid
We live in eastern Idaho, close to Yellowstone, and the winters can get a bit tough, but then we break out the trusty '05 4Runner 4x4. I got the OEM splash guards, but they were not included with the Touring pkg.
Speaking of a Subaru, it was in the running, as we have owned three in the distant past with great success, but the CVT worries me. All were manual transmissions. Would love to have their sweet H6 engine, but not exactly thrifty with fuel.

Wisconsin here.
Ah yes, the trusty winter truck. Additional vehicle is not in the budget yet, so winter/all weather tires will be purchased for the accord at the first opportunity.
The subrau was a great winter car and a great car in general. I will miss it but happy with the much better MPG on the hybrid.
How did you like the CRV? We have a granddaughter who is hot to get a new one, her first car. I am a bit concerned that the current CRV has a CVT. So many makers have had difficulties with belt-type CVT's, and just lately Subaru extending the warranty on select years, but not current production. It hints something is amiss. Nissan also had grief.
they just called and said the accord in modern steel metallic has come in but also mentioned mandarin orange gold one came in with it. Any comments or thoughts on that color? It's a nice, complicated color that will be spotted easily but it could get old and tired after a while.
