Default 95 Accord 2.2l Vtec Idle Surge PLEASE HELP

I have a 1995 Honda Accord 2.2l Vtec 5speed with idle surge. I have installed new IAC, FITV (turned in all the way), TPS (and calibrated), cleaned the pcv and egr system , new Thermostat, Radiator (bled coolant), temperature switch, did a smoke test and the only place the smoke came out was at the bottom of the air filter box. I have intake gasket but have not changed them yet, but I figure if they were bad I would of seen smoke coming out but there was none. Can someone PLEASE give me an idea on this!!

P.S. When i bleed the coolant, should it be a steady steam of coolant coming out of the bleeder? Cause it spits coolant for 2 seconds, stops for 4-5 seconds, spits for 2 seconds, stops for 4-5 seconds, etc, etc, etc... And that is with the RPMS at about 1500, heater turned to hot (dash fan not turned on), and the radiator fan running.

Have you checked for any engine codes? Might give you a clue.

I haven't checked for any codes and the check engine light is not on. I'll stop by advance auto and have them check.

Stopped by Advance Auto, and no codes. I'm trying to bleed the coolant again... ugh!
